Nutrifield pH Down is a concentrated acidic tank controller used to lower and balance the pH level of nutrient solutions in hydroponic, coco and soil based growing systems.
• Acidity Control: Decreases high, overly alkaline pH levels down to the ideal plant-uptake range of 5.5 to 6.5 (or 5.7 to 6.2 depending on the crop).
• Nutrient Availability: Prevents nutrient lockout, a condition where high pH makes essential minerals (like iron, manganese, and zinc) non-bioavailable to plant roots.
• Formulation: Typically phosphoric acid-based, which also helps supply supplemental phosphorus to the crop.

How to Use Safely
Test First: Always check your reservoir or tank pH using a reliable pH meter or test kit after mixing your base nutrients.
