Applies to all stock on our website, the product must be an identical item and the discount can only be applied at the time of sale.

Does not apply to: 

• Clearance products refurbished, discontinued lines or seconds, ex-demonstration or display products.

• Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.

• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors or products shipped directly to customers from an overseas distributor.

• Pricing errors.

What proof do I present when requesting a price match?

Simply provide a record such as a catalogue clipping, screenshot on your phone, webpage or similar of the competitor's current advertisement, showing the offer's end date and any terms and conditions. A staff member will check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the product.

Once your price match request is verified, we will allow you to purchase the product from us at 5% below the competitor's listed price.
