Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE:  All orders are discreetly packaged in plain cartons and plainly labelled.

Some large items or bulk orders may need to be shipped on a pallet.   

We ship Australia wide.  Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PARCEL COLLECT/LOCKERS.  Your order will be refunded or you can choose an alternative address.

All parcels are shipped by either Australia Post, (using their Regular Registered Parcel Postage) or by Interparcel. After parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is provided.  We accept no responsibility if the courier company takes longer than expected to deliver your parcel. 

For larger parcels or bulk orders over 20kg, Toll / Ipec is our preferred carrier. 

Whether we use Australia Post or Toll / Ipec or another Carrier, depends on your location and the type and/or /weight of goods you have purchased.  

The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be redelivered or collected from the nearest depot. However, if you wish for the contractor to leave your parcel in a safe place, please note on order under delivery details.  We accept no responsibility if you choose this option if your parcel goes missing.

Shipping within Australia: 2-5 days, allow slightly longer for remote regions. 

STORE PICKUP

Pick up is from Epping Hydroponics, 10 Dilop Drive Epping, Victoria, Australia.

ID must be produced upon Pick-up if paid through Website, alternatively you may ring your order through & pay Cash or Card on Pick-up.

RETURNS

Please choose products carefully, as Epping Hydroponics does not accept returns based on either an incorrect choice or a change of mind.  In the unlikely event that a return of item is requested, it must include all original items in undamaged re-saleable condition, with original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending products back.
